Bill and Fleur, was playing around trying this copic effect on SAI (here's the supa-amazing tutorial: [link] ) not succeded that much, but i kinda like it anyway P: (AND LOOK an acceptable lineart! ;D)
The picture is supposed to be before Bill being attacked by Greyback, so no scars for him (though he is cute anyway )
